Every agent has an autonomy setting (Console side panel → Change autonomy):
- Needs your sign-off — documents land on your desk in Sign-offs; nothing ships without the stamp.
- Runs on its own — documents land finished in the thread, marked "ran on its own".
Two hard rules that never bend:
1. Email never sends itself. An outreach email always goes through Sign-offs with an editable Send form — even for full-auto agents.
2. Legal and Audit are always gated — liability-weight documents never land unsigned.
The Archive holds everything delivered — signed documents and ran-on-its-own deliveries, kept visibly distinct, because "I approved this" and "this went out without me" are different records.
