Company knowledge: facts, documents, links

What agents ground on, how to feed it, and the never-stored promise.

Agents ground every document on your company knowledge (Settings). Three ways in:

1. Facts — add them directly (topic + the fact). These are the highest-signal grounding.
2. Links — paste a URL; the team reads it once and distills facts from it.
3. Documents — upload a PDF/DOCX; same deal: read once, facts kept, the file itself is never stored.

Facts distilled from a source arrive quarantined — you review and accept them in Settings before they ground any document. Removing a source retires its facts.

Retrieval is smart: when you ask for a document, the team pulls the facts most relevant to that ask, not just the newest — so a 300-fact memory still surfaces the right ones.

The privacy shape in one line: documents in, facts out, the file never lands.
