You start with a default team of three; the Team tab is where you grow it. The catalog spans twelve floors — Marketing, Finance, Research, Sales, Capital, Legal, Audit, People, Customer Success, Operations, AI, and Social Impact.
Browsing tips:
- Filter by outcome (Get revenue · Get funded · Stay compliant · Run the company) or by floor.
- Open a candidate to see how they think, their tools, and "What lands on your desk" — the shape of their signature deliverable.
- Hire adds them instantly; release from the same card. Releasing never deletes their past work.
During the beta, hiring is uncapped; on paid plans each tier carries an agent cap.
