1. Platform nature & beta terms
StartupOPS provides AI-driven senior operators to assist founders in executing marketing, finance, and research deliverables. The platform operates under a closed beta program designed for founder-supervised operations. During beta the service may change, be interrupted, or be reset without notice.
2. Founder sign-off & governance
Deliverables produced by AI agents require review and explicit wax-stamp approval ('Sign-offs') by the founder prior to external deployment or action (e.g., outreach emails). The founder retains final responsibility for reviewing and approving all outputs. No email is ever sent without your signature, regardless of an agent's autonomy level.
3. AI output is not professional advice
Agents generate text with language models and can be wrong, including about numbers. Deliverables are not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice and must not be treated as such. Verify every figure and every claim before acting on it or publishing it — that is what the sign-off step is for.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful activities, unauthorized spamming, or fraudulent interactions. By sending email through the platform you confirm you have a legitimate basis for contacting the recipient. StartupOPS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating operational standards.
5. Your data
How we handle your information is set out in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms. You retain ownership of your content and of what your team produces.
6. No warranty during beta
The service is provided 'as is' during closed beta, without warranty of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not charge for the beta.
