1/ Puerto Rico grew some of the world's most sought-after coffee for two centuries. Then the island's harvest nearly disappeared. Today we're bringing it back — one lot at a time.

2/ Cosecha 001: 800 bags from a single farm in Adjuntas, bought above market price, roasted in Ponce. The farmer's name is on every bag.

3/ Doors open Thursday 10am for the waitlist first. This is the smallest drop we'll ever do.
